Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of OneFocus. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Trial and account

Each eligible user receives one 14-day free trial. No card is required. You are responsible for access to your email account and for activity under your OneFocus account.

Annual subscription

The annual price is ₹199 for customers offered India pricing and US$4.99 for customers offered global pricing after international card payments are enabled. The exact price, currency, taxes and payment method are shown in Razorpay Checkout before you confirm. A subscription begins only after you authorise payment.

Renewal and cancellation

Annual memberships may renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel renewal from your account. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not normally remove access already paid for.

Updates

Active paid users receive generally released product updates. Because OneFocus is a progressive web app, updates may be applied when the app is next opened or refreshed.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, resell access, or use it in violation of law.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep OneFocus reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. OneFocus is a productivity tool, not medical, legal, financial or emergency advice. Keep appropriate copies of important information.

Support and disputes

Contact us through the contact page for billing, technical or product concerns. Subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
