Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of OneFocus. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Trial and account

Each eligible user receives one 14-day free trial. No card is required. You are responsible for access to your email account and for activity under your OneFocus account.

Membership and pricing

OneFocus offers one complete membership with monthly and yearly billing. Your supported currency and exact recurring price, taxes and payment method are shown before you authorise payment. The amount and currency shown in OneFocus will match Razorpay Checkout.

The launch offer is available to the first 500 paid members or until 10 November 2026, whichever happens first. A launch price remains in effect while that membership stays continuously active. If it is cancelled and restarted after the offer ends, the price then available to new members will apply.

Renewal and cancellation

Monthly and yearly memberships may renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel renewal from your account. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not normally remove access already paid for.

Updates

Active paid users receive generally released product updates. Because OneFocus is a progressive web app, updates may be applied when the app is next opened or refreshed.

Optional Google Calendar connection

Google Calendar is an optional, separately authorised integration. You may disconnect it in OneFocus at any time. Disconnecting removes OneFocus's encrypted token, connection, sync cursor and Calendar event ledger and attempts to revoke the Google grant; it does not delete events already stored in your Google Calendar. The data practices and Google Limited Use commitment are described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, resell access, or use it in violation of law.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep OneFocus reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. OneFocus is a productivity tool, not medical, legal, financial or emergency advice. Keep appropriate copies of important information.

Support and disputes

Contact us through the contact page for billing, technical or product concerns. Subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
